Visp eggeplommene, og bland dem med hvitene. Bakepulveret r\u00f8res ut i brennevinet, og tilsettes, sammen med det revne sitronskallet, kanel og nellik, semule og hakkete valn\u00f8tter. Bland alt.<br \/>\nR\u00f8ren helles i smurt kakeform eller langpanne og kaken stekes ved 170 grader i ca. 30 minutter.<\/p>\n<p>Kok vann, sukker, sitronskall og kanelstang 20-30 minutter til &#8220;sirup&#8221;. N\u00e5r kaken er nesten avkj\u00f8lt helles den varme sirupen over. Kaken serveres som den er, eller med pisket krem eller vaniljeis.<\/p>\n<p>P.S.: Litt om porsjonsst\u00f8rrelse og st\u00f8rrelse p\u00e5 formen:<br \/>\nGrunnoppskriften passer til en stor springform el.l. Kaken p\u00e5 bildene er bakt i en ildfast form som m\u00e5ler ca. 25 x 40 cm. Jeg brukte 1 1\/2 porsjon.
