Deretter hakkes de grovt.<br \/>\nVisp sm\u00f8r og melis i mikser p\u00e5 h\u00f8y hastighet i ca 20 minutter. Bland mel, bakepulver og vaniljesukker, litt om gangen, inn i sm\u00f8rkremen. Tilsett hakkete mandler, og deretter rom. Fortsett \u00e5 vispe i ytterligere 10 minutter.<br \/>\nForm runde boller av deigen, ca. 3 cm i diameter, legg bollene p\u00e5 bakepapir p\u00e5 en stekeplate og trykk lett med en finger. Stek i forvarmet ovn ved 170oC i 15-20 minutter.<br \/>\nTa ut av stekeovnen, og la kakene avkj\u00f8les godt p\u00e5 en rist.<br \/>\nDeretter dyppes de i melis. Legg dem p\u00e5 en tallerken ved siden av hverandre, og dryss med melis.
