Sett kjelen over varmen, og la det koke i 1 minutt, ta kjelen av varmen. Hell i honning, r\u00f8r ut og avkj\u00f8l.<\/p>\n<p>Kakene: Smeltet sm\u00f8r, solsikkeolje og appelsinjuice has i en dyp bolle. Tilsett siktet melis sammen med natron, kanel og nellik. Bland forsiktig for h\u00e5nd, og tilsett melet. Fortsett omr\u00f8ring forsiktig for h\u00e5nd fra midten og utover, slik at ingrediensene s\u00e5vidt blandes, men uten at deigen i blir seig. Form deigen til sm\u00e5 ovale melomakarona. Lag et rutem\u00f8nster p\u00e5 den ene siden av kaken ved \u00e5 trykke den lett mot en rist.<br \/>\nLegg kakene p\u00e5 bakepapir p\u00e5 en stekeplate og stek i forvarmet ovn ved 180oC i ca 30 minutter til du f\u00e5r en m\u00f8rk gyllen farge. S\u00e5 snart de kommer ut av ovnen puttes de varme i den kalde sirupen\/laken og vendes med en skje i ca. 1 minutt. Ta dem ut og la dem renne av seg p\u00e5 en rist med kj\u00f8kkenpapir under.<br \/>\nNoen valn\u00f8ttkjerner finhakkes.
