Tilsett olivenolje, vineddik, laurb\u00e6rblad, buljongterninger og litt havsalt og pepper. Hell p\u00e5 det kokende vannet og kok opp. Hell bl\u00f8tevannet av linsene, eller ha t\u00f8rre linser i\u00a0en sil og skyll dem under springen,\u00a0og ha linsene i gryten. R\u00f8r sammen alle ingrediensene med en tresleiv og kok opp. Suppen skal s\u00e5 sm\u00e5koke i ca. en time. Ta eventuelt av lokket p\u00e5 slutten av koketiden for at suppen ikke skal bli for tynn. Fisk hvitl\u00f8ksfeddene opp av suppen, mos\/press dem, og legg dem tilbake i suppen. Laurb\u00e6rbladene og l\u00f8ken plukkes ut og kastes.
