En gledelig overraskelse til barna som kommer sultne hjem og det er lenge til middag. Her skal jeg dele min greske svigermors velpr\u00f8vde oppskrift p\u00e5 riz\u00f3galo:<\/p>\n<p>1 liter melk (gjerne \u00bd liter Nounou\/vikingmelk og \u00bd liter vann)<br \/>\n2,5 dl gr\u00f8tris (glass\u00e9-ris hvis du er i Hellas)<br \/>\n5 dl vann<br \/>\n1,5 dl sukker<br \/>\n2 bs maismel\/corn flour<br \/>\n2 ts vaniljesukker (eller to \u201cfingerb\u00f8l\u201d vanilje hvis du er i Hellas)<\/p>\n<p>Kok risen i 10 minutter i vannet. Tilsett melken og r\u00f8r godt. La koke p\u00e5 svak varme til risen er m\u00f8r (15-20 minutter). Tilsett sukkeret. R\u00f8r maismelet ut i litt vann og tilsett det og vaniljepulveret. Gi riz\u00f3galoen et nytt oppkok mens du r\u00f8rer godt. Ta kjelen av varmen, og \u00f8s opp i sm\u00e5 sk\u00e5ler. Avkj\u00f8l og dryss litt kanel p\u00e5 toppen.
