Plassen foran den gamle folkeskolen er ryddet, bord skal settes opp, og mat skal lages til flere hundre mennesker. Gresk salat, keftedakia (sm\u00e5 greske kj\u00f8ttboller) og myzithropitakia (ostepaier) er blant forrettene. Og s\u00e5 skal det stekes kj\u00f8tt og poteter i landsbyens store, gamle steinovner.
