Her har jeg sk\u00e5ret dem i staver, presset litt frisk sitron over, og drysset over grovt havsalt. Sitronen er plukket i landsbyen, og havsaltet har vi sanket i jettegryter ved Karoumes-stranden. De er stekt i <a title=\"oljeproduksjon\" href=\"https:\/\/diamantisen-com.fytros.eu\/?p=512\" target=\"_blank\">v\u00e5r egenprioduserte olivenolje fra Lagada-landsbyen<\/a>. Etter steking har de ligget p\u00e5 et kj\u00f8kkenpapir s\u00e5 overfl\u00f8dig olje fikk renne av, f\u00f8r jeg drysset grovt havsalt og t\u00f8rket oregano p\u00e5.
